CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON WEDNESDAY
Court 1 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Sohaib Embarek, who is charged with five counts of possessing material likely to be of use to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism. He was arrested in Bristol.
Court 1 at 9,45am Jury deliberating in the trial of Christian Fearon and another accused of the murder of Lennox Nigel Alcendor,42, in Cricklewood, London NW. The victim was stabbed in the neck.
Court 1 at 10am trial of Jean-Marc Dable accused of murder. Akeem Dylon Barnes, 24, was stabbed to death at a party in Seven Kings, Essex.
Court 5 at 10.30am Plea and trial preparation in case of Olga Freeman, the ex- wife of a celebrity photographer accused of murdering her 10 year old disabled son, who needed 24 hour care. The father, Dean Freeman, a celebrity photographer whose work includes campaigns with Bollywood star Deepika Padukone and Hollywood actor Bradley Cooper, was in Spain when he heard about Dylan’s death. The child died from restriction of his airways

Court 6 at 10am trial of in the case of former BAE Systems defence contractor, Simon Finch accused of leaking “highly sensitive” secrets to foreign governments.
Court 7 at 10.30am trial in the case of James Whyte and Crystal Culhane, both 21, accused of attempting to murder Paul Flory, 33, with a baseball bat. He was left in a critical condition.
Court 8 at 9.30am trial of Francis Appiagyei and two others accused of murder. David Bello-Monerville,38, was fatally stabbed in Barnet, north London, on 18 June. The victim’s two brothers had also met violent deaths.
Court 9 at 9.45am trial of £90,000 a year finance consultant Clare Sanders and her partner accused of murdering their four week old baby. The tot suffered severe head injuries.
Court 12 at 10.30am trial in the case of Warwick Carson accused of murder. Abdulrahman Nassor Juma, 23, known as Mani to friends and family, was fatally knifed in Barking, east London on May 17 last year .
Court 14 at 10.15am trial of Louis Kelly accused of murder. Mark McCann-Barrett, 33, was shot in Tottenham, North London and died three days later from his wounds.
Court 16 at 10.15am trial of HGV driver, Eamonn Harrison and three others in relation to a lorry in which 39 Vietnamese migrants died. Eight women and 31 men were found in the container in Purfleet, Essex, on 23 October last year. Police said they died from a lack of oxygen and overheating in an enclosed space.
