Court 1 at 10.30am New trial of Alex Lanning and Jonathan Camille accused of murdering aspiring athlete, Tashan Daniel, 20, at Hillingdon Tube station. The victim was stabbed to death
Court 2 at 10.15am trial of Obina Ezeoke accused of a double murder. He is alleged to have shot dead Annie Besala Ekofo, 53, and her nephew Bervil Kalikala-Ekofo,21 in East Finchley, London. It was a case of mistaken identity. This is the fifth time Ezeoke has faced trial for these offences due to Covid 19 and other legal problems.
Court 8 at 10.15am Retrial of Henry Long,18, and two 17 year old youths accused of murdering PC Andrew Harper, who was killed after responding to a suspected burglary. The 28-year-old newlywed died of multiple injuries when he was dragged for over a mile with his ankles trapped in a strap on a car fleeing from a crime scene.
Court 12 at 10am trial of Yasin Amare accused of murder. Gleb Zhebrovsky,34, a Russian businessman was stabbed to death Poplar, East London.
Court 13 at 10.30am plea and trial preparation in the case of Marc Harding and others in relation to the murder of brilliant, jazz trumpeter William Algar,53. Police found Algar’s head and torso wrapped up in sheets with both his arms and legs missing in a preperty in Barnes, London SW. He had also been stabbed 20 times.
Court 13 at 2pm Application in the case of Sukminder Sohal and four others accused of murder. Osvaldo Carvelho,22, was stabbed to death during a fight in West London.
Court 16 at 10am Jury expected to retire in the trial of Mark Brazant, who is accused of stabbing a 36 year old mother from behind as she was pushing her child in a pram in South London. He denies attempted murder.
Court 16 at 10.30am Case management in the case of Francis Appiagyei and others accused of murder. David Bello-Monerville,38, was fatally stabbed in Barnet, north London, on 18 June. The victim’s two brothers had also met violent deaths
