CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON FRIDAY

Court 5 at 10.30am  trial of Alex Gunn accused of murder. Shopkeeper Ravi Katharkamar, 54, was stabbed to death as he opened his store in Pinner, London NW.

Court 6 Not sitting trial of Krill Belorussian accused of murder. Film producer and PR executive Laureline Garcia-Bertaux 34, was found in a shallow grave in the garden of her Kew, London SW home. She was strangled, the defendant was a her former boyfriend.

Court 8 Jury deliberating in the trial of Daniel Grogan and eight others accused of murder. Jay Sewell,18, was allegedly stabbed to death by Grogan and members of his family after he started seeing Grogan’s ex- girlfriend.

Court 8 at 10am trial continues of Manuel Petrovic and three other youths accused of murder. Girl Scout Jodie Chesney,17, was stabbed in the back as she sat listening to music with her boyfriend and others friends in a Romford, East London park. The court heard that the attackers were drug dealers, who were out to cause harm.

Court 10 Not sitting  trial  of Hisham Mohammad who denies terrorist offences relating to a drone attack on an army barracks in Bury near Manchester.

Court 11 at 10am  Trial of Samuel Jolumi and three other Africans, who are alleged stowaways accused of threatening to kill sailors and attempting to hijack a cargo ship.

Court 14 at 10am trial continues of Joe Gynane, 34, who is accused of stabbing the man, 37, in Soho, Central London at around 6am He is further accused of stabbing a 16-year-old boy in Camden, London NW over five-and-a-half hours later at 11.36am. He denies two attempted murders.
