CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON TUESDAY
Court 2 at 10am Hearing in the case of Tommy Robinson, the founder of the English Defence League. The judge will decide whether to send Robinson to prison for contempt of court.
Court 5 at 10am trial continues of Dr Manish Shah, who is accused of sexually abusing 20 women, who attended his Romford, Essex surgery between June 2009 and July 2013. The youngest was aged 15. He is alleged to carried out unnecessary breast and vaginal examinations
Court 8 at 10am trial of six teenagers, all under 18, accused of murdering 19 year old Lewis Blackman, who was stabbed 14 times after trying to gatecrash a party in Kensington, London SW. The prosecutor described the murder as “shocking” as the victim was repeatedly knifed as he lay defenceless on the ground.
Court 9 at 10am trial continues of Dr. Alan Tutin. The GP is accused of sexually abusing 25 patients, one aged nine, over two decades from 1981 to 2003
Court 10 at 10am New trial of Rahim Mohammadi accused of murder. Lea Adri-Soejoko,80, was strangled with a lawnmower flex. Her body was found in a shed on a North London allotment
Court 12 at 10am trial of Tyrone Farquharson and two youths, aged 14 and 15, accused of murder. Kelva Smith,20 was stabbed to death in South London.
Court 14 at 10am New trial of Ahmed Khayre and two other inmates at Wormwood Scrubs prison accused of stabbing to death a fellow prisoner.
Court 15 at 10am trial of Reece Bliss-McGrath and others accused of murder. Azaan Kaleem,18, was stabbed to death as he walked down a Luton, Bedfordshire street with his girlfriend.
Court 16 at 10am trial continues of Russell Bishop accused of murdering two nine year old girls, Karen Hadaway and Nicola Fellows, in Brighton over 30 years ago. The schoolgirls were strangled and sexually abused .Bishop was put on trial due to advances in DNA science.
