Court 1 at 10.30am Jury may retire in the case of Stephen Whiteley and Ziad Akle, former territory managers for Iraq at energy consultancy Unaoil, along with their co-defendant Paul Bond, former Middle East sales manager at Dutch energy firm SBM. They are accused of bribing officials in Iraq for contracts worth US$800 million to rebuild the country’s oil industry after the fall of Saddam Hussein in 2003.
Court 1 at 11am Pleaand trial preparation in the case of Andrew Skeene and Omari Bowers, who ran a company called GFI Consultants Ltd. and are accused of cheating investors out of millions of pounds. They used the name Global Forestry Investments and claimed to offer an “ethical and financially rewarding investment” in teak plantations in Brazil.
Court 8 at 10am case of six teenagers over the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old student Josiph Beker, who was stabbed outside a KFC in Edgeware Road, central London.
Court 9 Sentence of TLW (UK) Ltd. Marian Iancu,39, died at TLW (UK) Ltd’s premises in Renwick Road, Barking in November 2015 while trying to dispose of panes of glass weighing 200kg each.
Court 12 at 9.30am Mention in the case of Destiny Bannerman, who is accused of stabbing to death Zakaria Abukar Shariff Ali, 26, outside the Rolling Stock nightclub in Shoreditch, East London on 24 November last year.
Court 12 at 10am Trial of Uran Nabiev accused of killing Jake Kemp, 26, in an alleged hit and run motoring collision in Bexley, Kent.
Court 13 at 10.15am Mention in the case of Rhian Beresford accused of murder andf attempted murder. Police were called at around 1pm to Acton, west London in March last after a 54-year-old man died when he was struck by a car. The driver left the car and attacked another man, who was not seriously injured.
Court 13 at 12 noon Mention in the case of Anis Fouad Hemissi, who is accused of the killing of fellow Swedish national 36-year-old Flamur Beqiri – brother of former Real Housewives Of Cheshire star Misse Beqiri. The victim was shot on hios doorstep in Battersea, south London.
Court 13 at 2pm Mention in the case of Badir Rahim Alnazi, 23, is charged with the murder of Mohammed Al Araimi, an Omani student stabbed outside luxury store Harrods in Knighstbridge, London SW. Mr Al Araimi, 20, the son of a prominent businessman, was a student at King’s College London studying politics and economics. The defendant is also accused of attempted robbery.
Court 13 at 2.45pm Mention in the case Connor Gwynn-Bliss and fiove other, including a father and son and three youths aged 16 and 17 for the murder of 19 year old Amrou Greenidge. Amrou, 18, a former England Taekwondo star, was riding his bike on on 18 August last year when he was hit by a car and then attacked while on the ground.
Court 16 at 11.30am Mention in the case of teenager Carlos Velez, who denies murder. David Martinez-Valencia,26, was repeatedly stabbed in a flat in Leyton, East London.
