CASES OF INTEREST AT THE OLD BAILEY ON MONDAY

Court 2 at 10am New trial of Natasha Welsh accused of murdering her husband at their £600,000 Hendon, London home. Martin Welsh, 47, a former top IT executive was stabbed to death.

Court 4 at 10am New trial of pensioner Joan Martino,69, accused of causing death by careless driving. It is alleged her bad driving led to the death of 58-year-old cyclist Christopher Holt., who died four days after being knocked off his bike of a pulmonary embolism.

Court 5 at 10am new trial of Aiden James accused of terrorism. He allegedly fought with a Kurdish group in the middle east against ISIS

Court 6 at 10am  Jury expected to retire in the trial of Bruno Te Pateco accused of murder. Kaan Aslan, 20, was stabbed to death in Hackney on 14 November 2017

Court 7 at 10am Jury expected to retire in the trial of Jack Renshaw and two others, who were members of a Neo- Nazi group called National Action. Renshaw allegedly plotted to murder Labour MP Rosie Cooper on behalf of the banned right wing group.

Court 7 at 10am New trial of Abdi Quule accused of murder following a house fire in Finsbury Park, North London. Kaltoun Saleh, 43, suffered severe burns and died from her injuries seven weeks after the blaze on 5 July.

Court 8 at 10.15am trial continuesof Isaiah Popoola, Ben Drummond and others. Popoola and Drummond deny stabbing to death two young men within two hours. The murders took place during a series of five violent attacks, allegedly by the same gang that day.

Court 9 at 10am New trial of Hamza Ul-Haq accused of murder. Joseph Williams- Torres,20, was shot dead while sitting in a stationary car in Walthamstow, East London

Court 11 at 10am trial continues of Packiam Ramanathan,73, accused of murdering her 76 year old husband, who suffered several injuries including a broken arm and fractured skull

Court 12 at 10am trial of Billal Mumin and others. Mumin is accused of stabbing to death Edmond Jonuzi, 35, who was killed outside Turnpike Lane tube station in North London on June 9.

Court 15 at 10am trial continues of Kaleel Nyeila and another 18 year old youth accused of murder. Jason Isaacs,18, was chased and stabbed to death by a moped gang in what was described as a “terrifying and vicious attack”
